Elements:
cloud, rain, weather, rising cloud, two, elbow, wall
Heisig story:
Here is the full character for cloud from which the primitive for a rising cloud derives. Clouds begin with vapors rising up in small clouds from the surface of the earth, and then gathering to make clouds that eventually dump their rain back on the earth.
Koohii stories:
1) [roderik] 22-4-2008(199): Every rising cloud is a potential rain cloud. (Thanks astridtops).
2) [astridtops] 9-6-2006(65): Every cloud is a potential rain cloud.
3) [Elphalpo] 31-7-2008(26): A cloud represents the stage of the earth's water cycle between when rising clouds of water vapor head for the sky and when rain falls.
4) [daredawg3583] 18-12-2007(11): That's a funny cloud… it seems to be shooting rain up above it instead of letting it drop to the earth…
5) [childofthetao] 4-2-2010(7): This kanji shows the weather cycle. Rain falls from the rain clouds, and then becomes a cloud of vapour that rises up and the whole thing begins again.
